Bajuco - "Kosher Salsa" Formed in the Fall of 2003, Bajuco is a 'world-jazz' quartet. Functioning as a composer's collective, the following Boston-based musicians comprise this quirky ensemble: Todd Marston (accordion/melodica), Tev Stevig (guitar/tambura), Jordan Scannella (upright bass), Mike Daillak (percussion). He then spits out slow-cooked tunes which don't sound particularly like any of the above.
